Only Florida state residents are subject to sales tax. The tax rate is based on your county of residence. Florida State residents will incur a 7% sales tax. We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, cashier’s or bank checks and personal checks (which will have to clear before the item is sent out) and PayPal.  Please contact us directly for wire transfer instructions. All transactions on this website are processed using, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. To give you even more confidence in shopping online with Westshore Diamond we make use of Mastercard SecureCodeTM. This service protects your existing card account from unauthorized use when you shop with us. To use this service, you must first register with the bank or other organization that issue your card. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to Log In and review the amount shown before clicking Pay Now. If you are paying by credit card, the shipping and billing address associated with the card need to match. This is in order to protect our customers and ourselves from fraudulent activity.




Domestic Shipping: Insured shipping within the United States is FREE for purchases made from Westshore Diamond. We ship all domestic packages via UPS next day air with an adult signature confirmation. International Shipping: International shipping is $100. On international orders, the customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that might incur. All international orders are shipped via FedEx. All packages shipped by Westshore Diamond are fully insured for their purchased price. When your item is ready to ship, an email will be provided by Parcel Pro on behalf of Westshore Diamond containing your tracking information. Parcel Pro is a third party shipping company that secures and insures your shipment. All shipments must be made to a physical address with an adult present to sign for the package.




Westshore Diamond offers a free lifetime warranty on all of our jewelry against any manufacturing defects. If you experience any problem with your purchase, you are welcome to setup an appointment or ship it back to us for evaluation. If we deem the problem a manufacturing issue, Westshore Diamond will repair the item at no expense to the customer. The warranty excludes coverage due to wear and tear and/or negligence subsequent to purchase. Within the first six months of purchase we will replace side or accent diamonds that go missing if we feel that it is a manufacturing defect. After six months of purchase all missing side or accent diamonds will be considered wear and tear and will be at the expense of the customer. Any repairs or work not done by Westshore Diamond will void our warranty.




All of our rings can be sized to suit any finger unless specifically stated in the item’s description. The first ring sizing is complimentary. Rings that have been sized by us can be returned as long as it’s within our 3 day return policy. Rings sized by other parties are final sale.



Westshore Diamond uses its vast knowledge to grade each piece based on materials, construction techniques, hallmarks/signatures, overall style and cultural context. While dating and authenticity are not a formal science, we determine them to the best of our ability based on our knowledge, experience and resources. Some of our pieces are mounted in a way that makes it difficult to determine a precise stone’s grading. Diamonds and colored gemstones that cannot be removed from their estate settings without harm to the piece are evaluated in their mountings using industry-standard measurements and formulas. Unless certified by an independent lab, such as the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Gemological Laboratory, stone gradings are done by us. Jewelry descriptions and all carat weights stated represent approximates. Mounted stone(s) is/are graded only insofar as mounting permits observation. Most colored gemstones (i.e. rubies, sapphires and emeralds) are often treated to enhance their beauty; some treatments may not be permanent and/or may require special care. Please email us for further details. All diamonds shown on our website are natural, untreated diamonds unless otherwise stated. We cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the item color, as the display of color depends, in part, upon the type of computer monitor used to observe the image. Pieces could go out of stock before we’re able to remove them from the site. Should this occur, we will notify you. We make every attempt to only show our users correct information. From time to time inaccurate data may be displayed due to system error. We reserve the right to correct any incorrect pricing as a result of the above, and will not honor any incorrect prices. Under no circumstances will Westshore Diamond be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, including negligence, strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.




We, of course, hope you will be very satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you have 3 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.  Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all Westshore Diamond tags still attached. All of our items come with a Westshore Diamond tag attached. A sales will be deemed final if this seal has been broken, or if the item is used or incomplete. Upon return of an item, our expert will screen all returns before granting a refund or an exchange. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without any refund given.  Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; however, if you are based outside of the USA, you will need to pay taxes and duties on this. Please contact our customer care team by emailing if you would like to return or exchange an item.  Westshore Diamond does not accept any items sent back without prior consultation and notification.




Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your Westshore Diamond account. If your order has been sent to a destination in the USA, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the USA, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Westshore Diamond. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
